Saturday. We will do our best to accommodate our guests
on days/times that we are not open with advance notice.

Schweppe, is a beautiful 5,000-sq-ft oasis in West
Concord. The spa opened its doors in 2004 and our
passion as a skin care center, and for helping our
guests look and feel their best, has been our mission
since the beginning.
We are located off the beaten path off
Commonwealth Avenue, in the back of the building
at 50 Beharrell Street. Serenely located by the
Assabet River, we were drawn to the space and
to West Concord. West Concord has a wonderful,
eclectic, friendly and “So-Ho” feel to it. After years of
planning and construction our dream became reality.
We invite you to come to our world class spa,
where we offer a menu of indulgent and therapeutic
treatments. We utilize products from around the
world and support companies that are “green”,
which adds to our commitment to quality and
wellness.

We are open 365 days a year.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm.

We bought our first Queen Anne Victorian, built
circa 1868, in Acton in 1968 and lived there for 16
years, raising our two children there while we rented
out parts of the house. When we moved to the farm
in 1984 we kept the Acton Victorian and continued
to rent it out to visitors, for vacations and also family
reunions. All of the units are fully furnished. Three
have full kitchens and have been updated while also
keeping them historic!
The Queen Anne Victorian Farm in Sudbury, built
circa 1880, is on nine acres with horses, geese,
ducks, chickens and a rooster. There is a spring-fed
pond surrounded with weeping willow trees and
old stone walls. Many weddings have taken place
there! We have several rooms that are individually
decorated, and a Honeymoon Suite with a two-
person Jacuzzi bathtub, King draped bed, wet bar
and working fireplace.
We have been in business since 1968, and have
restored both Queen Annes, or should I say, we are
restoring both Queen Annes, as it is an ongoing
project-always something else that has to be done!!

Jane Barrett opened the Concord office
of Barrett and Company in 1977. Since then
