The Mass Cultural Council’s
Cultural Districts
Initiative was authorized by an act of the
Massachusetts
state legislature in 2010, and launched in April 2011. Concord Center
was one of the first five designated Massachusetts Cultural Districts and boasts of world-
class dance, concerts, theater, and art exhibitions. The district is also home to renowned
historical sites, artisan workshops and galleries, unique shops, and fine and fun dining
experiences.
