CCTV is a non-profit, public-access
facility operating in Concord and Carlisle,
Massachusetts. Our mission is to foster
community, communication, and collaboration
by providing citizens that live, work, or attend
school in Concord or Carlisle with the skills
and equipment necessary to produce their
own local cable television programs.
Channel 8 is a local, mass media forum
for free speech and features programming
produced or sponsored by CCTV members
from the community.
Channel 9 features government
programming originating from local, state,
and federal sources.
Channel 99 features educational
programming as well as showcases content
from local schools and other life-long learning
opportunities.

Colonial Stores is a women’s specialty store with
department store selections. Bob Petersen, born and
raised in Concord, began working at Colonial Stores
in 1962 as a stock boy while attending Concord-
Carlisle High School. In 1970 he purchased the store,
and with the help of a qualified staff, the store has
evolved from greeting cards and photo supplies to
the women’s shop it is today.

We carry major cosmetic lines such as Lancome and
