Concord Funeral Home has been locally owned
and operated and occupied since 1936. The funeral
directors are both honored and privileged to
serve the families of Concord and its surrounding
communities during their time of need. Located
in the historic Depot District of Concord, we pride

At Concord Health Care Center, our Alzheimer’s
and Dementia Specialized Memory Care Unit offers a
Therapeutic Program recommend by the Alzheimer’s
Association. This state-of-the-art Memory Care Unit
offers rehabilitation therapy to treat all types of
Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnoses. Our program
offers an in-house monthly support group, specialized
Geriatric Consultant and monthly outings.
