Since it opened in 1996, The Cottage has become
the destination for home owners wanting what no
other furniture store or interior designer could offer
them: the ultimate "one-stop" shopping experience

By combining an experienced design team with
over 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space and extensive
custom capabilities, we offer the resources of the
largest furniture store and the personal touch
of a small boutique. This combination allows
us to provide our customers with a refreshingly
unique design that is comprehensive, custom, and
coordinated in all aspects.
No matter what the size or location of your
design project, we can satisfy your home furnishing
needs. Our projects have varied from one room to an
entire home, both existing or in construction.
Most furniture stores can help you with floor
plans and furniture selections, but they typically
offer only limited custom capability; for the rest
of the makeover, you're on your own. An interior
designer can help you create a custom look, but
that often requires the customer to accompany the
designers on numerous visits to different stores.

The DiGiovanni Family established
its family-run business in 1964, which
builds, owns, manages, and maintains both
residential and commercial buildings in
Concord and surrounding communities.
Residential properties include townhouses,
single-family and two-family homes, single-
entry apartment buildings, and multi-tenant
historic homes. Commercial properties
include multi-tenant office buildings, retail
streetscapes, and mixed-use developments.
Many landmark businesses and restaurants
are under lease. All properties are smoke-free
and pet-free environments.
The company maintains all of its properties
to the highest standard, with concentrated
emphasis on the long-term tenant, and strives
to maintain a "family atmosphere". Residents
